The true essence of Metal, Punk, Hardcore, all Hard Rock (and indeed, all “counter-culture”) is expression of the trauma, misery, pain, and anger caused by the cascading social illnesses rooted in the extreme inequality of capitalism. Poverty, abuse, crime, alienation, etc. are the results of the logic of capital. Property-begets-property and wealth-generating-wealth has no possible outcome other than increasing concentration of property, wealth, and power, and increasing levels of dissonance, conflict, and violence.

This design, which reads "Eye Hate Capitalism", reconnects the confused and commodified rage of depoliticised angry music to its working class, revolutionary, radical roots (with a nod to the original sludge stoner doom band from the NOLA metal scene, Eye Hate God).
